The AUSJAL Network of Pastoral peers is pleased to present the e-book “Ignatian Leadership: our way of proceeding”. The document seeks to deepen the understanding of the Ignatian leadership and to accompany the formation, advocacy and management processes that, from the works and institutions of the Society of Jesus, are promoted as means at the service of the mission of justice and reconciliation.

Training in the Ignatian leadership is today a priority highlighted by the Society of Jesus in the General Congregation 36, the Universal Apostolic Preferences of the Society of Jesus and the International Association of Jesuit Universities.

The practice and training in the Ignatian leadership, which embodies the Ignatian spirituality and translates into our way of proceeding, is an invitation to all people who collaborate in the mission with the Society of Jesus; a call that translates into shared responsibility. The way to understand our identity as collaborating people will define the direction of our mission.
